5 Money Problems to Avoid

Most of the time we don’t think about financial poor life choices until it’s too late. We’re living the high life and then WHAM! life throws a curve ball and we’re stuck because we got no emergency fund or solid budget to follow.  There are 5 money problems to avoid that we should all keep in mind to stay prepared and on top of our individual finances.

I wrote specifically about 5 Money Problems to Avoid and guested posted it over at RatherBeShopping.com. When you get a chance go over and read it – 5 Money Problems to Avoid.

Here’s an excerpt from it:

“For some of us, making the right financial decisions come easy. For others, it can be a difficult task. Most of us have had some type of money distress at one point in time, and we find out later that there were things that could have been done differently to avoid those situations all together.”

  1. Poor financial decisions are the gift that keeps on giving. Even when you try to put things back together, they just keep coming back to bite you in the butt.

    • Haha! “Gift that keeps on giving” made me laugh. In real laugh it’s not funny though and maybe remembering that “they just keep coming back to bite you in the butt” will be a deterrent to make smart financial decisions.

  2. Eating into or not having an emergency fund is the biggest mistake in my opinion!

    • I agree. For a long a time I didn’t have one and it’s like walking on the cliffs edge. Now I don’t touch it and won’t unless an actual financial emergency arises.
