  1. Our problem right now is that we can’t find the perfect home. Since we already have a home, we are just going to wait until the perfect one pops up!

  2. When I built my house we made the mistake of putting to little down, which meant we might be dealing private mortgage insurance. However since we were building a new house the appraisal actually came back higher and we were luckily able to avoid all the extra cost.
