Fearless Men’s Weekly Round-Up | April 3rd, 2013

Fearless MenWe’re now into April and this is our 12th month at Fearless Men. I remember when we first started and some advice we received was that getting past 6 months was one of the biggest hurdles. But we’re still here going strong! The goal for Fearless Men is still the same, “Become Better Men”, but we’ve had to change some of our blogging strategies to get the word out. It’s been a learning experience to say the least.

Is anyone else still under a year? What challenges have you faced and where do you see your blogging going?

  1. Thanks for the mention and congrats on hitting a year blogging. We’ll get there at the end of May and it’s a little crazy to think how fast it’s gone by!

    • It really does fly by! Our first goal was 6 months and then we evaluated and determined new goals. It feels great to be nearing a year.

  2. Congrats on nearly being at a year, that’s awesome! I am at seven months now and can relate to those challenges. Mine, currently, is remembering why I started in the first ways and looking for ways to continue to grow. Finding more time in the day wouldn’t be too half bad either. 😉 Thanks for the mention, I appreciate it!

    • I still can’t believe you’re only at 7 months. You’re also the only one I know to go from no PR to PR4 in 3 months. Congrats John!

      • Lol! Just ask my wife. I got shot a NASTY glare the other night when I mentioned a niche site. 😉 I believe that Jeremy got his PR4 right away as well…at least it was the first update he was around for.

  3. Thanks for the mention! Happy 1 year looking forward to many more epic posts!

  4. Thanks for the inclusion John. I am close to John @ Frugal Rules with around 7 months. It has been hard, especially with the time management. There are so many things to do and so many people want things from you. I can’t keep up most days. Happy 1 year.

  5. Thanks for the mention. I started my blog with the purpose of providing solely investing information but have found that I had to start adding personal finance information as well. I basically evolved with the demand and response of my readership.
