Couponing Like A Pro | Check Out My Guest Post

There’s a craze out there and it’s gone global! It’s called Couponing! Some of us dabble in it and others treat it like a hobby. I personally like the CVS and Costco coupons because I routinely shop there. I keep couponing simple and leave them in my car, and that eliminates a lot of the hard work – remembering to collect and bring them. But there is a little more to it than this if you really want to reap the benefits. I did some research and wrote about it over at Making Sense of Cents and you can check it out here.

Here’s an excerpt to give you a sneak peak: In a world where prices are skyrocketing everywhere, everyone needs some form of plan, even outrageous ones that could lower their purchase price. Couponing is an essential part of many a broke person’s repertoire; however, coupons can be fit into anyone’s daily life with just a little bit of time and effort. Those who use coupons are getting savings across the board. So why shouldn’t the rest of us?

  1. Every method to save money in today’s economy needs to be explored. Food and energy prices are crazy. Couponing helps to bring those prices back to earth. Don’t accept high prices, fight back!

  2. My wife and I routinely coupon it has saved us tremendous amounts of money over time. We have noticed that we focus more on the non perishables such as soaps, toothpastes, etc.

  3. Okay, okay. It seems that it is almost time for me to get in on the couponing craze! Going to check out the post now!

  4. There’s no question that couponing is a big of a craze right now. I think there’s an important distinction, though. I think that trying to save the biggest percentage for the sake of seeing a big number below your bill is completely counter-productive, because people often buy sale items just because they’re cheap. But are they really cheap if you don’t use them? No. If, however, you’re saving big on items you were going to buy anyways, you can live a rich life with less money.

  5. Couponing is really a big thing nowadays because people are discovering the huge savings they can actually gain when they coupon. I am just starting out on this journey and I am looking for tips and advice. I started with a coupon code a few days ago. Took the risk and ordered from Amazon and it was a success! Now, I am looking for lots of help and this blog is really one informative source I could use.
